Breathe Fresh and Live Healthy with Samsung Virus Doctor
Breathe Fresh and Live Healthy with
Samsung Virus Doctor
Autumn has finally come (well, only for the Northern Hemisphere) and so has the weed pollen season, where the sneezing, coughing, and runny noses are common symptoms. With air viruses all around, it is crucial to keep the air fresh at home. So, how can we protect ourselves from all impurities in the air? Well, Samsung created a revolutionary technology that keeps the family safe from toxins that cause sickness. It is called the ‘Virus Doctor.’
What is the Samsung Virus Doctor?
Virus Doctor is Samsung's groundbreaking technology that helps individuals and families mostly with children who are fragile to airborne allergies. To prevent from dusts, viruses, and bacteria which cause serious diseases, it creates fresh and healthy air by eliminating viruses and neutralizing active oxygen radicals.
How does it work?
The incorporated Super-Plasma Ion (SPI) technology is a key of Virus Doctor's air purifying functionality. SPI technology eliminates virus and neutralizes active oxygen radicals.
▲Super Plasma Ion (SPI) Technology
First, by generating active hydrogen atom (H+) and oxygen ion (O2-), Hydroperoxy radicals (HOO-) are formed. Hydroperoxy radicals (HOO-) surround biological contaminants and then react with three hydrogen elements of its protein structure, which removes airborne bacteria and form water vapors (H2O).
Also, the generated active hydrogen (H+) combines with OH-radical, which neutralizes harmful OH-radical and transforms them into water vapors (H2O) that turns back into moisture in the air. Even mould and allergens generated from mites and animal hair are eliminated in the process.
Not only does it eliminates bacteria but it also kills the cause of airborne diseases, by doing an effective protection against pathogens.
Which Samsung Products have applied Virus Doctor?
In fact, this innovative air purifying technology has been used in Samsung products from the past. Starting with Virus Doctor SA501, Virus Doctor SA600, and Virus Doctor SA604, Samsung produced these air purifiers to eliminate the airborne virus and bacteria, so that it neutralizes the harmful active oxygen at home and in the office.
Virus Doctor SA600
Samsung also created Virus Doctor for Car so that users can keep the air inside their cars free of odors and sneeze-inducing allergens. In addition, Samsung Virus Doctor has been applied to the new Samsung Air Conditioner (AR09HSSFAWK) that has a triangular design.
Thus, thanks to the Virus Doctor, we can have a clean air to breathe, keeping ourselves healthy and protective from viruses, fungi, and allergens from the air.

Mobile Health Center
Mobile Health Center
